Shipping is always free. Orders delivered to Finland require a minimum cart value of €35.

1. Where we deliver

ernesto currently delivers to Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland and Poland. The delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout according to the selected country and delivery address.

2. Order preparation

We prepare orders for dispatch as quickly as possible. If a product is a preorder item or has a future availability date, all or part of the order may be dispatched only once that product becomes available.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination country, address, carrier and the time the order is placed. Where an estimated delivery date or window is shown at checkout or in the order confirmation, it is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, address, postal code, telephone number and any other information required for delivery. If you notice an error before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Tracking

When the carrier provides a tracking number or tracking link, this information may be sent by email, displayed in the order status or provided through another order-related communication.

6. Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed because of the carrier, weather, unusually high parcel volumes, public holidays, customs procedures or other circumstances reasonably outside ernesto’s control. In those cases we will help you check the shipment status.

7. Unsuccessful delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable or another delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help find an appropriate solution.

8. Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, part of the order is missing or the shipment appears to be lost, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging and products. We will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.
