By registering and making orders on the Company's website, you must confirm that you have read and understood this Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and agree to be bound by them. Collection and processing of data

We collect and process only adequate and relevant personal data of the User necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The User Personal Data we collect and process:
When you shop in the Company's online shop ernesto.lt without creating an individual account, i.e. in the capacity of a Guest, for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract and on the legal basis, the Company collects the following User personal data:

Name; Surname; Telephone number; Email address; Delivery address of the goods purchased by the User; Delivery method; Payment method; Payment information; IP address.

User's personal data that we collect and process when the User creates an account on the Company's e-shop but does not make a purchase, i.e. Registration Data. This data processing is carried out in accordance with the Terms of Service Agreement concluded between the Company and the User.

In order to make shopping in the Company's online shop ernesto.lt as convenient and quick as possible for the User, you can create a personal account. Once the User has created a personal account, the Company collects and processes the following data:

Name; Surname; Email address; Delivery address; Telephone number; IP address.
We collect and process the User's personal data that you have voluntarily provided to the Company:

On the basis of the terms and conditions of the service contract between the User and the Company, when the User contacts the Company for assistance, the Company processes and collects this data:

Can I object to the processing of my personal data and still use the ernesto.lt online shop?

The User has the right to object at any time to the processing of the User's personal data based on the User's consent. However, in the absence of the mandatory data, we will not be able to fulfill the User's purchase, as the Company would not be able to fulfill the terms of the order.

 


Transfer of personal data

The Commission of the European Union has issued a decision on the adequacy of the country in which our partner is established, i.e. an adequate level of security is ensured;



The retention period of the User's personal data

The User's personal data shall be kept for the period of time necessary for the performance of the contract for the purchase of the goods, but not less than the period of time for which the Company is obliged to do so by the legislation governing the Company's activities. The User's personal data which are processed after the User has consented to such processing shall be processed and stored until the date of revocation of the User's consent.

Restrictions on the right to process personal data

The User has the right to restrict the Company's ability to process the User's personal data. The User's personal data is inaccurate (in this case, the processing of the personal data will be limited until the accuracy of the data is verified);
The User's personal data is processed unlawfully, but you do not consent to the deletion of the User's data;

What is the right to data portability? How to exercise it?

The right to data portability means that the User is allowed to receive, in a structured, commonly used, computer-readable and interoperable format, the personal data that you have provided to us and that are processed by the Company by automated means. Subject to technical feasibility and at the request of the User, such User Data may be transmitted directly to another person identified by the User.

We identify the User in our system by the User's email address. When submitting a request to the Company by one of the above methods, please always indicate the email address of the User in respect of which the information is collected. If the User does not provide an email address, or if it does not match the email address of the person making the request, we will not be able to properly identify the User and provide the information requested by the User or to fulfil the User's request.

If the User believes that the User's rights have been violated, the User may contact the State Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection for the enforcement of his/her rights.

This Policy may be updated by the Company. The Company will inform the User of the updates by providing a new version of the Policy on the website, together with the dates of the corrections made.

Users understand that by continuing to use the Website after updates to the Policy have been made, they acknowledge that they have read and agree to future changes.

If any provision of the Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall not affect the legality and validity of the remaining provisions of the Policy.
